This is a fully customizable, stackable board game token designed for tracking points, resources, or other gameplay elements. The model is parametric, so you can easily adjust dimensions, text, and proportions to fit your specific use case.

The default configuration (shown in the images) has been tested for reliable 3D printing and comfortable handling:

Default dimensions:

• Overall size: 60 × 40 mm

• Base thickness: 1.0 mm

• Frame height: 0.4 mm

• Lip height: 0.6 mm

• Corner radius: 8 mm

• Frame width: 5 mm

This results in a total height of approximately 2.0 mm, giving a low-profile but sturdy token that stacks cleanly without becoming bulky.

The centered text (size 16, Arial Bold) is raised to the same height as the frame, ensuring it remains visible while still allowing tokens to stack properly.

The stacking geometry is designed so tokens sit securely on top of each other, making them easy to:

• count in piles

• pick up from the table

• store compactly

Use cases include:

• Victory point tokens

• Resource markers

• Counters for board games

• Custom labeled components

The defaults strike a balance between print speed, durability, and usability, while remaining fully customizable to suit your needs.

The chosen size is optimized for quick printing and efficient batching, allowing up to 15 tokens to fit on a Prusa CORE One build plate in a single print.
