I made this for a 3d printer cart I'm working on. It allows me to hang my spools up and out of the way of my printer. I will modify this later to make a more universal fit. Right now it will not fit the cheap, 100mm wide rolls. Most thin rolls (hatchbox, justpla studio, esun) fit easily.

3mm walls and 30% infill makes a very strong part. Larger nozzles make stronger parts.

You can print out spoolholder.stl and mount that straight to a wall. Or you can also print out the spoolholderbacking.stl and use that to mount it to a thin wall. What's that? the screws you have are too long? Mine too so I included a 5mm spacer so you can custom fit.
