Update 15th of Jan 2025:
- if choosing the LiOn battery proposed in the link here below please check the power cable connector. Mine had wrong polarity for the ESP32 board!!! It does not kill the board but the blue LED on the board does light only a little bit and of course will not charge. In that case you have to exchange 2 tiny contacts within the plug. There is a "+" sign on the ESP32 board which is correct. So red cable to "+" sign.

- printed the housing and after that I did some minor modifications:
-- better fit of keypad (with v47 you need to file out the corners and side a little bit)
-- now the dimensions of the cut out for the keypad is 0.2mm wider
cutout for USB -> more centered
- holes on frontside wider by 0.1mm
Please use v51 version for the front. The bottom part was not printed up to now by me.

This housing is a project under heavy development. It was printed only as a mockup so far.
All 3D files above never been printed and tested.
I will do a test print in the next days and maybe there will come corrections.
I have provided the FUSION-files here if some like to change something. There is enough space for more buttons.
At the moment only 6 buttons are supported but 8 will come. You can change the positions of the buttons or the encoder.
I will add a power switch to the upper left postion on the front below the keypad.
In the current version, the keypad fits very tightly into the opening. If I widen the opening a little, the keypad has to be screwed on with the screws. In the current version, all you have to do is press the pad in and it holds perfectly.
You need a set of self tapping-screws (black ones in the picture) as well as some M4 fusion thread.
I've used an ENDER 3S1 PRO. With 60mm/s / 0.2mm layer hight / 0.4mm nozzle it needed about 4.5h for the upper part.
