A real thick tv stand, I recommend printing it on its side.  It is just shy of 200mm tall.

The seat (if you would call it that) is 1.75 inches so there is ample room for your tv or monitor to sit

It is surprisingly stable, my monitor is roughly 28 inches and it doesn't feel wobbly at all with only one stand holding it.
