Printed in PLA with 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm height, 20% grind infill and 4 walls/top/bottom. It turned out very strong. Probably could have used bigger nozzle and larger layer height without loosing much strength.

Hook starts with 30mm hexagon at the base and slopes to 20mm at the end of the hook.

To prevent lots of supports, I printed it horizontal with a slight tilt to line up with the slope. I dropped it slightly below the print bed in cura so that it printed flat against the bed with minimal supports.

Supports are optional if your printer can handle the small overhangs.
