Print in .2 layers 10-15% lines infill. Any filament works but PLA is cheapest.
This is my final revision. Pictured is MGBC jig, MGLC is the same method. This version you will slide the Q10 display under the protruding tabs. These tabs hold down the display, and ensure even LOCA distribution. I've found the best application method to be directly in the center of the display, and assist its flow to the top of the jig by tilting, then applying your lens at the top and slowly lower it toward the bottom allowing the air to escape before pressing the sides to “lock” the lens then immediately hit it with your 405nm UV light if you got lucky and have no bubbles. After the LOCA cures, you will cut the lower front cross-member off as shown in the pictures, then gently pull the sides away to release the display. Then use the UV light again to cure the top edge and sides further before trimming excess way. The excess at the bottom of the lens MUST all be removed to fit in the shell or it will de-laminate or destroy the display. If you have questions message me here, or find me in the Mouse Bite Labs or Modded Gameboy Club discords, I'm, BlackHavocJim.
