Wrote this in openscad using hinge library (print in place) and BOSL. First model is for 6 expansion cards + ethernet + screwdriver. Second model is for 7 expansion cards (ended up using one of the usbc cards for a solokey 2) + ethernet + screwdriver.  It uses magnets for closing and a separated optional logo.

Doubt the world needs another of these but here just in case someone else finds it useful.
