The original printed too small, parts needed reorientation with the slicer to print properly, and thin walls in a number of places gave Slic3r fits. Those issues are fixed here. I also tweaked it to use a button-head screw instead of a flat-head screw.
Print 5 trays in whatever combination you want; one SD-card tray and four MicroSD trays will let you bring along an SD-to-MicroSD adapter.
The OpenSCAD files refer to the STL files in the original thing; you can get them from there.
(No screw in the photos...they're at home.)

The box needs support to print the hinge area. You can use either the version with custom supports included in the STL or you can use slicer-generated supports with the other version.
