The original printed too small, parts needed reorientation with the slicer to print properly, and thin walls in a number of places gave Slic3r fits. Those issues are fixed here. I also tweaked it to use a button-head screw instead of a flat-head screw.
Print 5 trays in whatever combination you want; one SD-card tray and four MicroSD trays will let you bring along an SD-to-MicroSD adapter.
The OpenSCAD files refer to the STL files in the original thing; you can get them from there.
