Modeled using Fusion 360, the dimensions are as follows:
- Width: 34 mm
- Height: 47 mm
- Thickness: 0.3 mm

The key is to find a setting that allows the dart wings to be printed on a contour line. The Arachne generator is very helpful in this regard.

Please use the support material, otherwise the dart wing will tilt and damage the print.

It is recommended to use a 0.25 mm nozzle.

I tried different consumables

This is not an easy task, but once it's done, the dart wing can maintain its shape very well, and its durability is comparable to that of ordinary folding dart wings.
