The idea is that larger chunks can be made too, a bit like Lego bricks, merge them together in the slicer or glue.

Print them together using the “Merge” function in the Prusa Slicer: Place as many you need on the build plate and place the pieces in the formation you want. Then fine adjust each using x and y coordinates. Select all pieces by holding down ctrl and pick each of them or by ctrl-A. When all parts are selected press the right hand mouse button and then select “merge”. Now slice and print as usual, the resulting object will be one single piece with the shape of your design. (Other slicers can do this too.)

The "Atom Loop" for when you want the loops to be closed around the edges, it combines with the solid Atom too.
