Summary
I bought some transarent filament and was thinking it would be good with RGB lighting, found an old colour changing tealight I had lying around, then a friend mentioned chameleons changing colour...
Couldn't find one, so designed my own. I took the chameleon part from a model I'd printed before (the pen holder remix) and just added my own base.
It works so well!
I think it works best with a single light in the middle. Unfortunately, all the ones I could find on Amazon had 3 lights spread across the top.
The hole is 37mm in diameter with a height of 19mm. There's also a 5mm "chimney" for the LED.
If your light won't fit in that gap, let me know and I'll modify it for you. Or if you want the Tinkercad link, let me know.

Notes:
I used 3 walls and 0% infill, that's plenty strong enough but without the infill pattern messing up the light - prints absolutely fine!
I used a support for the hole in the bottom, I think that's a bit too much for bridging. It came out easily enough.
