I split the STL into halves and printed each half without supports, because with supports it didn't come out nice. But I also included a full one incase you have a resin printer which is the ideal printer to print this. This is for anyone with a ring size 9(19mm diameter) to adjust for your finger, scale it accordingly. I included a version where the triangles go through the band and one version where they don't.
