I recomment to print it with 0.10mm layer height and z-lift enabled (0.20 lift for me).
Printed with 1.75mm PLA and layer fan enabled at 100%.
UPDATE March 2016: I strongly recommend to print the new one instead:

The blue one comes from this design and the brown one is the brand new, updated on March 2016. You'll see better details and no support removal issues.
