💡 Installation and stacking tips:
- Standard installation:Follow the detailed instructions in the assembly video to operate.
- Stack multiple sliders:To achieve better stability when stacking sliders, please replace the standard M3 locking nut with an M3 sleeve nut.
1. Drill a 4.5mm hole at the required installation point of the Misumi slider.
2. Insert the socket nut from the other side.
3. Use 8-mm M3 countersunk screws to fix the insert.
4. Apply Loctite glue
⚙️ Recommended printing settings:
- Materials: PETG, PLA+, ASA, or ABS
- Floor height: 0.2mm
- Filling: Swirl curve 40-60%
- Number of outer walls/circumference: 3-4
- Direction: Place the largest plane on the printing platform to print for the best results.
- No support is needed
