This glue-free design offers similar performance, but without the mess... It's perfect for young makers to build without having to worry about getting their fingers stuck!
Explanation
Description: An efficient traditional glider, assembled without glue, which is perfect for looping flights and long-distance gliding.
Plastics: ABS, PLA, PETG, nylon
Floor height: .20mm
Fill rate: 25%
Peripherals: 2
Solid layer: 2
Consumables usage/weight
Direction:
The first layer is longitudinal
Building instructions:
Let it cool before carefully removing it from the build platform. The wings are easily deformed during removal and must be absolutely symmetrical to fly properly. It is recommended to use a very thin plastic scraper
The double-sided wing is assembled by clamping the double-sided wing clamp between the top of the fuselage and the wing to set the angle of the double-sided wing. It is easiest to install the chord on one corner at a time with the clamp, and then slide it completely forward to its position. Before assembly, remove any adhesive, test the clamp, and adjust it as needed to obtain a symmetrical angle of the double-sided wing.
First, insert one end of the hook into the engine cover
Slide the tail into place and make sure the pitch adjustment tab is inserted into the elevator slot.
Flight instructions:
The launch is carried out by hand or using rubber bands of 1/16 to 1/8 inches.
First, we will test and adjust it by throwing it by hand.
Non-inverted flight requires a slight upward deflection of the elevator. This is achieved by adjusting the rudder locking piece to engage with the fuselage. There are two settings and a latch to prevent accidental movement.
It is recommended to conduct testing/adjustment cycles gradually. To correct steering or spiraling, it is preferable to use differential elevator control
