Summary
I was helping the wife do a DIY cattio made out of PVC. designed this hinge system for a 1 inch pvc door and frame. gaps in the hinge are to insert washer so the 2 prints do not wear each other down. Everything was desgned to use 1/4 in hardware. I include the original Fushion 360 file so you my edit at your leisure.
