Phoenix 30 is a fully 3D printable model rocket built around a standard 30mm cardboard body tube, combining accessibility with a strong, modular airframe design.
Originally envisioned as a thrust vector controlled (TVC) rocket, Phoenix 30 was meant to feature an actively steered motor mount for guided flight experimentation. Due to a shift in development priorities, the TVC mount has not yet been finalized — but the structure is intentionally designed to allow future integration.
All structural components — including the nose cone, fin system, and mounts — are optimized for clean printing, proper alignment, and aerodynamic balance. The 30mm tube ensures easy material sourcing while keeping the build lightweight and rigid.
Ideal for:
Experimental rocketry builds
Future TVC upgrades
STEM projects
Modular aerospace designs
Fly it as a traditional fixed-thrust rocket today — or develop your own TVC system and evolve Phoenix 30 into a guided platform.
Built to rise again.
