Upload of Own Model from Thingiverse (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4967014)
Wanted a case like the Europa (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4088360 by lowbudgettech), but one that keeps the internals of the Pi exposed for hackery. I modelled this in FreeCAD and added the pegs with the OpenSCAD workbench.
I'd suggest 20% cubic infill at 50 mm/s on my Ender 3 Pro.
Because of tbuser's peg technology, you can print in two or four pieces and snap the thing together, depending on the size of the printer. I suggest 4, as most larger printers can easily print that with little to no supports.

Print raft and base layers nice and slow. Warps easily. You may have to rotate certain parts in your slicer.
