Summary

A stackable tray system designed for sorting watch straps. Eight straps per tray. For straps with buckles, two bars can be inserted across the tray to hold the straps in place; however, they can also be omitted if desired. Labels indicating the lug width can be printed and attached to the side of the trays. The small bench-shaped inserts labeled “original” serve as markers for genuine manufacturer watch straps.
The letters on the lid can be printed separately and then inserted into the recesses. They’re 0.1 mm smaller than the recesses, so they should fit perfectly. Use a drop of superglue if they don’t fit well.
