Summary
For Comic Con Africa this year I made a Bo Peep cosplay and thought it would be wonderful to make a little Officer Giggle McDimples to sit on the shoulder with a rotating head to show her 2 faces.

Post-Printing
I assembled all the pieces with some threaded bar through the centre of the head, hair and body pieces. I decided to bend some clips on top of the hairpiece. Ensure the headpiece can stil rotate once it is assembled.
To make the hair I modelled some foam clay around the hairpiece.
To make her able to stand on my shoulder I put magnets in the hole in the feet piece before glueing it into place. Giggles with acrylic paint and drew on the faces with permanent marker once dry.
