Summary
A picture frame wall mounts for a small nail. A couple of picture frames didn't have a wall hook, so I created my own. The hole isn't centered; it was a rushed design but still works perfectly. Designed in FreeCAD. Files (FCStd) included; feel free to correct it if needed.
Added support was added right above the hole to allow for it to bear a lot of weight. I attached them with Gorilla Glue and allowed them to dry for 24 hours. Two on a medium picture frame did the trick. Not tested, but can bear a lot of weight if properly adhered to the picture or thing you are trying to mount.
Print Speed/Settings: PLA, .15mm QUALITY, 20% infill, normal speed took 1 hour for 4 of them to be printed.

Notes:
No need for support. Would be too much of a pain to get them out. I had like ~3 little strands in each piece which I used a shart part of the nail to get out. Your printer may not perform as well on overhangs, etc. They are pretty small, so I wouldn't worry about it.
