This Design is part of the 3D printing things.

This is a liquid saving cap for soap bottles which makes your soap last much monger. In my testing around 4x longer.

Compatible with bottles with an outer diameter of 24mm (27mm with thread)
Kompatibel mit Flaschen-Kopfdurchemssern von 24mm (27mm mit Gewinde)

Interestingly this cap worked with allmost every Bottle i had at home. So if you find other Bottles where it fits pls send a message / make./
Interssanterweise funtktioniert der Deckel mit fast allen Flaschen die ich zuhause hatte.
Also falls ihr andere kompatible Flaschen getestet habt schreibt bitte eine Nachricht oder postet einen make.

print with settings that fuse the layers very well.

print the gasket in TPU with the wider side downward.
Ive testet it with dualextruding but it seals better when the gasket is printed by itself on the heatbed(smooth surface).


If you dont have TPU at hand, put some hotglue in the gap where the gasket is supposed to be an screw it (still hot) on the bottle an remove it again, that seals also quite well.
Also normal rubber gaskets are reported to work fine. 20mm?
