Summary
This is a remix from my favorite lamp "Kinoko Lamp" by tofuji. I modified the base to house a small lithium polymer (lipo) battery, the cover and spots for the USB charger and holes to screw it down.
I also modified the top to include screw holes to secure the top to the bottom base. For the mushroom stalks I modified them to allow for a hole to push the LED lights to go through into the mushroom top. The mushroom tops are slightly elongated with holes in the bottoms to house the LEDS.
The design can accommodate 10 LEDs and lasts between a week to two weeks between charges. This design is just a simple stationary color lamp without the cool controls that tofuji put in his design.
If you want to mix colors you can do so by configuring your print job to switch colors on different levels.
The parts I used were:
10 LED prewired
1 220 Ohm resistor
1 on/off switch button
1 USB-C power board
6 wires re-used from the LED cuttings
4 1/2 inch flat head sheet metal screws

I used ABS for the base, top and shrooms. Glow in the dark works really well for the stalks of the shrooms. If you use a slow or fast RGB LED then it's best to have the shroom top and stalk in glow in the dark. I used gorilla super glue to glue the shroom tops and stalks to the base top. I also use glue for the USBC case and the on/off button. The gorilla super glue can take some time to set, but makes less of a mess if it drips down. You'll have to insert the LEDs first and then glue it all together. I put a little electrical tape on the bottom of the top to catch any glue dripping down. That way it won't stick to the wires and make it difficult to string them together.

Sometimes you may get some rough edges. You can use a heat gun to soften them or sand paper to smooth them out.
