This is a two-piece plug that covers the circular hole in Ikea Kuggis storage boxes. They are assembled as they are installed in the hole (one from each side), and held in place by the friction between their grooves and the ridges.

Not intended to be printed in TPU!

Some recommended print settings:

Orient with flat surface down. A smooth build plate is recommended, and a filament that matches your Kuggis.

• Material: PLA or equivalent hard material

• Layer height: 0.1 mm

• First layer height: 0.1 mm (as the plug is intended to sit flush with the wall, not having a thick first layer that could create a sharp edge is desirable)

• Infill: 20% lightning (or better, there really isn't much infill!)

• Ironing on (but only top layer; this is to have good dimensional accuracy in height)

The halves will click together inside the hole and completely plug it. If the fit is loose, try printing with x and y scaled up slightly.
