As my first turntable I chose the Crosley C6B-WH because it had a reasonable price and had all of the features I needed. The only thing was the hinges, they broke on the first day. I don't know who designed those hinges, but they basically unusable. I did asked the store I bought it from if the warranty covers such a case, they said that I can't return it with broken hinges. That's why I decided to design the better alternative to the original hinges.

Print instructions

I printed with PETG, haven't tested other filaments. I used a bit of supports for vertical holes in the Bottom Part. Also a bit of support is needed for the Top Part's middle bit.

I used 0.2mm layer height, 20% Gyroid infill, 3 wall loops, 4 top shell layers and 4 bottom shell layers.

Other materials

I thought about the print in place solution, but I think the bolt solution is a better one.

You need to use 2pcs of M3x35mm bolts and 2 nuts for them.

Also I used the original black screws to screw the new hinges to the turntable back.
