The lid of my daughter's water bottle broke - this time to a point where it wasn't possible to fix it with just regular glue. This replaces the whole lid while reusing the original seal. It uses no metal shaft for mounting to the bottle, but rather snaps onto the original mounting point (we lost the original shaft). It uses no spring (ours was also lost anyway), so the lid will not snap back when opening.

It works well with both PLA (which I used for first prototypes) and PETG (which I used for the final version). It needs some supports (see screenshot), but generally it should be fairly easy to print using 0.2mm layer height, 2 perimeters and 15% infill.
