The wheel on my garbage can broke, so I drew up a new one and printed it, and it works well. I used PETG and hit the outside of the wheel with some resin to help it last longer. It does exactly what it should.  I ran out of black filament mid-print and finished with orange. It looks silly, but it is functional. TPU or ASA may be good choices, as well. 

Prusa MK3.9 - 0.4 nozzle - 0.2mm layer height - 5-10% infill - 3 perimeters

I used 15% infill, and it was definitely overkill. If I need to print another one, I will drop that down into the 5-10% range.
