The airstream of the Cadio54 just works better in vertical orientation similar to the Wahoo Headwind and similar. So I was happy to find @Brian_297916 stand for the Cardio 54 fan, however to fit my needs I had to make it lower. While I was tinkering I added a couple of improvements:

Lowered the legs to make it print faster, take up less space and make it less likely to tip over from the force created by the powerful fan.

Added indents at the bottom of the stand for 18-20 mm silicone feet to stop the fan from rotating. (REMEMBER TO PRINT IT WITH SUPPORT) 

I also added relief fins in holes to let the stand hold on to the Cardio54 if it is moved.

I printed it in matte black PLA with support turned on for the indents at the bottom to work. I used 3 walls and 0.28mm layer height.
