This spacer is designed for BCW 800-count trading card storage boxes to create a storage solution for mini-sized cards. I made it specifically for Allen & Ginter minis, but it also fits T-206 reprints and some Upper Deck Goodwin Champions minis (see photos).

A bonus feature: there’s a pocket underneath the mini-card channel sized for full-size baseball cards, so the space below the minis isn’t wasted.

Mini card pocket size: 1.515" x 2.72"
Spacer length: 3.5"
BCW 800ct box length: ~14"
That means up to 4 spacers fit per box if you’re using the box only for minis.

I printed these successfully in PLA with supports and a support interface for a smooth finish on the inner overhang.
