I needed a way to raise up my Wi-Fi camera in front of my 3D printer. So I designed this simple adjustable stand. It uses the manufacturer mounting hardware to secure it to the top arm. You drill the holes.

To embed a standard 1/4-20 nut into the "Camera Nut"... start to print the camera nut and wait until its about 6 minutes into the print. then pause the print and push the nut down into the recess. It should look like the first picture. Then resume the print and it'll cover it completely. I used a rectilinear infill pattern on this piece for a bit more rigidity. (3mf file)

You can use any 1 1/2" 1/4-20 machine screw. I was fortunate enough to have a T-screw type. They are available on Amazon and are most commonly referred to a thumb screws. But a standard 1/4-20 screw with a washer will work also.
