This vesa adapter was made for monitors with regulated stand and 100x100 vesa standart. It has 70 mm horizontal ofset. I use it for 27 inch LG monitors and Arm Media LCD-T15 arm, because this arm can't work with 27 monitors inline.

It can be printed in petg or pla with normal supports for holes. Also you will need some threaded inserts M4 x 6 mm with length 6-8 mm. I used 2 4 mm inserts in 1 hole.
