This is the front two panels (parts 5 and 6) for the AMS Riser V2 (https://makerworld.com/en/models/133452?from=search#profileId-155321) to fit with Panda Touch Screen Fold Mount (https://makerworld.com/en/models/163469?from=search#profileId-179436).

Alterations have been made to 5 of the 6 parts for this section of the riser. The plug (right hand side) has not been altered so you can still use the one from the original model. It has also been included in the 3mf for convenience.
