Increased the throat width (7.5mm -> 11.5mm) of the original, to more comfortably fit larger wrenches. A big thanks to the original author @SamHome for including his FreeCad Model.  In kind, I'm also sharing the modified model file in case further remixing/adjusting is needed.  I'm also similarly including an updated 3MF file with painted on supports.
