The body will need be printed in three pieces, the lower dog body, the upper dog body and the head. The lower body will be printed on its back with its feet pointing up. The upper body will be printed with the feet in the air with support, it will also have to be scaled down 3 to 4 percent. The head will be printed with the ears up. Once it is done printing, put glue on the back of the head and then slide the notch closest to the legs on the upper body into the notch on the head. Then put glue on the back of the lower body and slide the notch onto the remaining notch on the upper body.
