A simple edit that allows you to mount a fabric cape on a dummy 13 model. The cap creates a friction fit between the pin and the fabric.

You can use any fabric for the cape, although some fabric may require holes to fit, or glue to keep the top covers in place. Old t-shirts that you have, but know you're never going to wear, work well.
