I discovered that the critter guard for my dryer vent was missing, so I recreated it. See picture for dimensions. PLA will warp, use something that can withstand the elements being outside and the temperature and humidity from the dryer. I printed with PETG and it is able to withstand midwest temperature swings.

This piece warps using PLA due to hear (and moisture?) when dryer is running, but that is what I printed it with. Print with PETG for better results.
