This was modeled to the original Gamecube design. It may not be the easiest to print because of that.

I printed with the shaft vertical as I wanted this to snap into the original location and revolve freely. Supports were used with a 0.08mm layer height.

I had to trim the two stoppers on each side as they were interfering and preventing the flap closing properly. I modified this model so these are slightly narrower, but if you notice them getting stuck, they might need trimming.
