Dr. Finkelstein from "The Nightmare Before Christmas" has octopus-like tentacles. The second file is the upper part of his skull, which you can use to add a protective cover to his brain to prevent it from cooling down.

I suggest adding some supporting structures to the bottom of the jaw.

Update: I have uploaded a new file, and a positioning pin has been added to ensure that the upper part is firmly fixed and will not shift.
