Use a material with good flexural strength like PLA or PETG. Ensure reliable bed adhesion to avoid warping, especially for the first layers. Settings can typically be optimized for practicality, rather than aesthetics, at a layer height of 0.2 mm. No supports are needed as the hinge is designed to be functional straight off the print bed.

Assembly Instructions

No assembly is needed beyond removing it carefully from the bed. The hinge should move freely right after printing. Check for any bonded edges; gentle motion might be required at first use to ensure full mobility.
