I just made some of the overhangs more printable while maintaining the aesthetic. Will print then upload photo.

For this type of model I recommend variable layer height if your slicer supports it so that the overhangs print better and the top surfaces look good.
 

Used blender. Was terrible 2/10 but I could do this again much faster now I guess. I separated the body surface from the leg cutouts, changed the angle of the leg cutouts, and then recombined. The neck overhangs were much easier, I just moved the edges up.
