Modeled a selector switch for an old PX1000 / PX500 EPROM programmer. Screw hole diameter can be drilled out or remodeled to fit your own use.  I recommend printing with the handle facing the bed, with tree supports. 

Used the following to print this:

• Nozzle Size: 0.4mm

• Layer Height: 0.20mm

• Infill 40% (You could go lower with this, I chose 40% since my coworkers broke the last switch.)
