Shelf peg for the units where the shelves have a groove or slot. The peg itself has a 5mm pin and the model fits a groove that is about 12mm deep and 12mm tall. 

Model is oriented in a way that can be printed without supports and without brim. I printed 8 units at the same time and they held all upright during printing. For strength please remember the layerlines and if you decide to change the orientation I can't confirm if the shelf would hold.

I'll report back if certain weight will break the peg but as of now they seem to hold just fine for small 60cm long and 40cm deep shelf.

Printed with Creality Ender 3 v3 with following settings, using Fuj:tech PLA+ 1,75mm and Textured PEI plate. Filament dryer in use.

  • cooling off for 3 layers

• Bed 65°C

• Nozzle 220°C

• Filament heated to 50°C using the dryer, but not sure if that changes anything, mostly it's just for moisture and it had 15% ambient moisture reported by the dryer.
