After hundreds of hours of printing on the Trinus, the extruder quick release arm broke, so i designed this replacement. uses the bearing and screws from the original. no additional parts required. Design Process: Scanned broken piece on a flatbed printer/scanner, imported scan into Fusion360, traced the scan, extruded, scaled to correct dimensions, sketched and extruded text, exported, PRINTED IN ABS, installed on Trinus.
