This is made for regular-sized cigarettes. The compartment for placing cigarettes is 88 mm wide, so it's not suitable for extra-large cigarettes or any cigarettes larger than regular ones. I haven't tried hand-rolled cigarettes in this prototype, so I'm not sure if it can be used with them. I don't understand why it wouldn't work.
