This was part of a weekend project to turn a nearly destroyed PA cab into a cat bed.

Should fit most 12 inch speaker holes, the depth is a little over 14mm (perfect for cheap PA speakers).
The ring has been split up for ease of printing.

Tip, offset the top from the insert for easier alignment.
