I've been obsessed with the game of Hextraction since I heard about it, but struggled to print the parts as Zack shared them, especially the threaded foot bits. Instead of gluing the leg bits together, I modified the original f3d file to connect the “Back Thigh", “Leg Segment”, “Reg Foot Mount Heat Set”, and “Leg Segment 50mm” into a single object without the gaps. Printing this with the narrow side down and a bit of support got me the cleanest print I could find, so I wanted to share this with the world. I added the rest of the board in a nice bi-color scheme for easy printing.

I printed these with a mix of PETG and PLA, and while those materials don't officially stick together, they're working great, but you should probably use 2 colors of the same plastics for better durability.

Print at 0.16 layer height to match Zack's original designs.

For the color change layers for each plate, I did:
Board: 38 (highlights the angled peaks)
Legs/Feet: 21 (at the angle change below the holes)

On-ramp: 143 (the fillet)
End Zone: 13 (I particularly like how this highlights the checkerboard)
