Uses a 2.8" CYD screen to add a control interface for like $10

BOM:

- 5mm OD heated insert x7

- M3x6mm x5

- M3x8? mm x4

- M3 2020 nut x2

- 2.8" CYD (link in the CYD Klipper repo)

- 6x3mm magnet x4

Assembly:

- Flash CYD Klipper

- Add heated inserts to the very obvious holes

- Glue magnets in mount and base

- Supply 5v to the CYD, I used one of the endstop ports, but you can also just use USB
