Summary
A sideways J1772 holder that I remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6498024.
I added a second flange for the mounting screws, and striker for the catch on the J1772 plug. Requires four nails or screws.
I used a 0.8mm nozzle on my Prusa Mk4 in draft mode (0.55mm layers) to print this in 51 minutes.
Check the orientation of the mount before you print it. The source design happened to be the oriented the way I needed, with the mounting plate to the right of the connector when the catch on the connector is at the top. If you need to have the mounting plate to the left of the connector, mirror the design in your slicer.Print Settings

Notes:
I used a 0.8mm nozzle and 0.55mm layers.
For a 0.4mm nozzle I would use 0.3mm layers and 3 or 4 perimeter lines in the Prusa Slicer.
I used supports for the striker catch face. I was lucky that the catch face landed in exactly the right place for my charger plug's catch to fit over without leaving too much play.
Post-Printing
Snap off the support for the striker catch face.
Check for fitment with your J1772 plug
Depending on the tolerances of your print and the J1772 plug, the catch face may need to be sanded back.

How I Designed This
I used TinkerCad to manipulate https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6498024
Duplicated the object.
Manipulated the duplicate:
Mirrored.
Used rectangular holes to isolate the mounting flange and support curve to where it blends with the socket for the plug.
Moved the mounting flange into position opposite the existing flange on the original object.
Made the striker block:
Created a striker block 10mm wide, 6mm high and 17mm long from a 6x10x5 rectangular block and 6x10x12 wedge.
I placed the wedge on socket wall opposite the slot, the leading edge of the wedge 3mm back from the edge of the socket face, and the striker sunk into the socket wall for a smooth transition from the wall to the striker wedge.
The striker could be 0.5 to 1mm taller for more contact area with the catch, and placed up to 1mm closer to the socket edge for more leeway for the catch to clear the striker face.
