This is replacement case for a PCB relay (Zettler AZ2150W-1AE-12DF).  Relays come in lots of sizes so it’s best to measure the relay first.  To clean the contacts on the relay the case needed to be removed so I designed and printed this replacement case out of ASA.

This was a for a temporary fix while waiting for replacement parts.  

Be careful.  Make sure there is no voltage on the contacts before working on a relay.  Relay’s tend to switch high voltages which can be a danger to health.
