This is simply a slight modification to the top cover designed by geertvda (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2171313). That one is a beautiful design, but I had trouble getting the case to shut all the way on my R Pi Zero W. So I made the following modifications to the original version named "pi_zero_w_case_v3_top_gpio_cooling_fin":

• Square cutout for heat sink slightly enlarged and moved just a bit
• Cylindrical pegs on one end were moved towards center, 0.039"
• Rectangular cutouts for HDMI port, USB, and power were all extended (deeper into the part) by 3/64"

I did not need to modify the bottom cover. Now it fits together perfectly. I posted this just in case anyone else has a similar issue.
